“You know, when you hear something you love so much and you feel like...”
– Matt Berninger, of The National, talking about writing songs.  THIS IS EXACTLY HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT! Listening to “Reckoner” on repeat in ‘07 did not help me out much, nor does listening to “Walk In a Park” now.

Stereolab "Glass Pop Chrome Tubby"
perpetua: DOWNLOAD IT! This is a mix I made for this site over a year ago, and I’ve decided to re-up it because the audience is a bit different now and I really wish more people listened to Stereolab. This is for people who’ve never heard their distinct brand of groovy intellectual semi-Francophone pop music before, but also for everyone who maybe sorta liked a Stereolab song or two but were...

In case y’all haven’t heard, I have, in fact, started a Garfield blog.  I’m quite serious about it, and I promise you all that the writing in it is no joke.  I honestly read Garfield in the way I write about it.  Learn a bit, won’t you, then, about the Bon Vivant of Cats…
